Eric Laberge is steering Medavie Blue Cross into the future with a clear vision and steady hand. He leads Canada’s fourth-largest life and health insurer and the only fully integrated health, drug and disability carrier, overseeing $7.8 billion in claims and connecting 3.5 million Canadians to care.
During his 10-year tenure as president, the company has expanded across all business lines, achieving revenue growth of 106 percent and income growth of 95 percent. While Medavie consistently exceeds financial targets, as a not-for-profit, its success goes far beyond the bottom line – reinvesting in innovation, employees, and communities.
