Michael Lanteigne is the vice-president of finance & actuarial, group benefits at Equitable. With an impressive career spanning nearly 15 years across the industry, he is known as a dynamic leader who leads and develops high-performing teams.
Equitable is on a transformation journey, with a renewed purpose and focus, and Lanteigne has been instrumental in that transformation for the group benefits business. As a strong collaborator across the business, he is helping to deliver simple solutions that best support Equitable’s clients and advisors. He is a highly respected leader, with a strong background in group insurance and a breadth of experience leading finance, actuarial and operational teams.

Lanteigne is an active member within the local community, sitting on several boards in the Waterloo Region, and exemplifies what it means to give back to and support the communities where he lives and works.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Guelph, as well as a CPA, CMA designation.
