Darryl Davis is the founder and lead consultant of The Benefit Solution for the last 21 years. After working for four of Canada’s largest insurers for 15 years in roles of increasing responsibility, Davis established the unique operating principles and ethical standards that define The Benefit Solution’s philosophy that continues to this day.
Davis has worked with some of the largest benefit plans in this country, including school boards, police forces, chartered banks, retailers, and manufacturers. He provides his clients with a wealth of knowledge obtained from over 36 years of benefit and pension plan advisory experience.
Davis is a dean’s honours list business graduate of Western University.
